Collaborative Leadership for Middle Leaders

Given the current education environment we are working in, the need to provide Middle Leaders with robust professional development has become a huge priority.

Middle leaders are now needing to develop knowledge and skills to support their teams to be agile, open and adaptable to the changes that are occuring in education.

This series focuses on common challenges faced by Middle Leaders within various school settings.  It aims to empower participants by exploring their leadership purpose enabling teamwork and building a high trust collaborative culture. 

In addition to the workshops, we will also be offering one individual coaching session between workshops 2 and 3 and guidance around the development of an implementation plan.

• Having learning conversations with colleagues

• Knowing how to solve the right problems when leading

• Developing strong collaborative teams

• Exploring the importance of resilience and Psychological Safety

• Managing self and others successfully

Time: 8.00am - 10:00am NZT (Zoom)

Investment: $500 NZD (incl. GST) for 3 x two hour sessions  plus a one hour one-on-one coaching session between workshop 2 & 3
