Te Kete Hono and Stonefields Collaborative Trust presents the 2022 ONLINE LEADERSHIP SERIES

The Collaborative Leadership for Senior Leaders

The workshop series has 4 sessions:

Friday 10th June: Leading Learning - Leading Collaboratively

Friday 1st July: Building and Leading a Collaborative Culture

Friday 29th July: Co-creating Strategy and Measuring Collective Impact

Friday 19th August: Leading Change to get Collective Ownership

Part 1: Leading Collaboratively

The series will start by exploring your own leadership purpose and why collaboration is at the heart of educational leadership. These 4 half days will build upon one another and explore key leadership themes associated with the theme of collaboration.

How is a collaborative culture established, monitored and maintained? How might you co-create strategy and evaluate impact and improvement, the real measure of one's leadership effectiveness.? Finally the series will be wrapped up with strategies for building change momentum, and what should the processes look like to get buy in from diverse stakeholders .

The workshop series will “dig deeper” and encourage participants to think about and explore:

  • What effective leadership looks like in a school

  • Reflect on your own leadership

  • How to provide leadership of learning

  • Strategies to ‘take the temperature’ of your school’s organisational culture

  • How to build positive trust with colleagues

  • How to develop emerging leaders and devolve accountability

  • The leadership problems and areas you are actively working on

  • How will I know I am having an impact as a leader?

  • What do I do when things are not going well?
